  JALPAK branch office near you via e-mail or phone in advance of your visit to us.
   If you don't have a pre-order, you may wait for a while to pick it up when you visit us.
* We can also arrange JR group ticket as well as Japan Rail Pass.
 
* If you have less than 2 weeks before departing, or if you do not want to order via our website,
  please contact a branch office near you.
